Return policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction and we will exchange (see Exchange Policy below) or refund* your purchase within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will not be refunded.

*If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
Australia Post Easy Returns Portal is available for Australian parcels to generate and purchase a postal label. Alternatively, you can use postal service of your choice.
Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Exchange Policy

We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Return to Sender Policy

Parcels returned to us marked 'Return to Sender' by postal authorities will be refunded as follows: all returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Delivery policy

If there is no-one at the delivery address, or no-one of the appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, Ugg Boots made in Australia may charge you additional delivery fees. Unclaimed or refused deliveries may incur additional fees.

Loss or Damage in Transit

We are not responsible for any loss or damage of your order in transit. As soon as we hand over your order to the postal system providers the risk of loss or damage is passed on to you. All costs associated with recovering / or investigating lost or damaged orders are your responsibility.
When you place your order and click "Proceed to Secure Checkout" button you agree that we are not responsible for the orders lost or stolen in transit. You also agree that any claims of parcels lost or stolen in transit fall in the responsibility of the buyer.
Without limiting the operation of any other policy herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after we hand over your order to the postal system providers.
If you think that your order has been lost or stolen in transit, please contact us and we will start an investigation with Australian Postal authorities into the whereabouts of your order. Please note: such investigation may take from 90 days to complete.
Should you wish to insure your order against loss or damage in transit, please contact us prior to the purchase so we may arrange postal insurance, additional cost will apply.

Warranty Against Defects

All products on this website are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for thirty (30) days from the date of dispatch, rights under the warranty sit alongside the consumer guarantees.
If you have received our product(s) and find some kind of a manufacturing or other fault or defect with the product(s), please email us immediately and we will be able to assist you further. Please do not send us back any product(s) you consider faulty unless we have specifically asked you to do so. We will not be assessing or returning any product(s) we receive back without our prior written request for such return.
Please do not attempt to repair the product(s) yourself or with the assistance of a third-party repairer before contacting us, as this will void the warranty.
We will consider reports, emailed to us, of our product(s) being received with a manufacturing or other fault or defect for up to 30 days from the date your order was dispatched. If after assessment we establish that the supplied product(s) has some kind of manufacturing or other fault or defect, we will either repair the faulty product(s) or, if repair is not possible, replace the faulty product(s) for a brand new product(s) of exactly the same style/colour/size combination as originally supplied.

Packaging of Parcels

Cost of shipping depends on the cubic weight of parcels, which is affected by the overall physical size of the parcel. We pack our products inside parcels very tightly, to minimise the physical size of the parcel, and to be able to provide the best postage and handling costs to our customers. Orders of just a couple of items are packed in plastic postal bags, multiple item orders could be packed in boxes. The postal satchels we are using is very efficient and very durable, they provide the upmost protection against any tears, puncture and moisture too.

Payment

We accept payments by PayPal, VISA or MasterCard credit cards. Our secure online payment system is automated and if your credit card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and we will send an email confirming that your order has been successful. Order Processing Times

We are trying to process all orders as quickly as possible and the usual order processing time is 2 to 5 business days, not including weekends and public holidays, from the date the order is placed. During November - January and May - August period, order processing time may be longer due to increased demand.

Currencies

Australian currency is the main currency of this website. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars and converted to the local currency by your credit card provider. Additional Charges

Orders sent outside Australia, may incur charges such as import duties, VAT and other fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any such fees. For information regarding such fees, please contact your local customs authority.

We will consider any defective items claims within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please inspect your purchased items carefully after you receive them and if you suspect a manufacturing defect please contact us immediately with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If we deem your items to have the manufacturing defect, we will either replace or repair the defective items whichever is applicable.

Sheepskin may have some irregularities and variations in colour and texture as it is natural product.

Sheepskin boots: the darker colours may transfer some dye to the feet for some time at the beginning of wearing the new boots.
